1) SESSION DEPOSIT/PRICES
The session deposit reserves your booking in Little Feet Photography diary. Session deposits that are taken for any portrait photography session are non-refundable except in the event Little Feet Photography cancels the booking. The Client may cancel a session at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid unless they wish to port the deposit towards another photography session. If you or your children are sick, please try to give atleast 24 hours notice to reschedule your session. If 24 hours notice is not given or the client is a no-show, there will be a £50 rebooking fee charged. Upon booking a session with Little Feet Photography please make sure you have fully viewed my packages linked to your chosen session.

 

2) REMAINING SESSION FEE

The remaining session fee is due, in full, at your session with Little Feet Photography and only includes the selected amount of Prints/Digital Images in the chosen package. Extra products are available to purchase on viewing your online gallery. Extra digital images are £25 each/Mini Sessions are £15 each..

3) FULFILLMENT OF OBLIGATIONS
Little Feet Photography shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil its obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond its control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as Little Feet Photography’s professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort is made to comply with the Client’s wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure by Little Feet Photography liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

 

4) VOUCHERS

Vouchers are non-refundable or exchangeable. Vouchers are not for resale or any kind of reproduction. Session to be booked upon receiving the voucher and is dependent upon the availability of the photographer.  Vouchers are only valid, once paid for in full, by the party who has purchased the voucher. Upon purchasing a voucher, the redeemer is bound to our usual terms and conditions of photography shoots. Little Feet Photography reserves the rights to edit terms and conditions of the voucher at any given time.  ALL Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months only for the date of purchase.

 

5) ARTISTIC INPUT
Little Feet Photography shall be entitled to use its judgement regarding the style and artistic input in the production and editing of the pictures (color and/or B&W). This includes but is not limited to poses, props, and the number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Little Feet Photography may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions. Images are fully edited before presenting to Client. Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Little Feet Photography, and Little Feet Photography reserves the right to charge the Client for additional editing to cover time involved.

 

6) COPYRIGHT & REPRODUCTION
Copyright is retained by Little Feet Photography at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of Little Feet Photography.  The Client may not alter/add to/manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Little Feet Photography’s written permission. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Little Feet Photography only when digital negatives are purchased and paid in full by the Client to Little Feet Photography.  A print release form will be given to the Client at the time of purchasing Digital Images (by Digital Download or on USB) from Little Feet Photography

7) USE OF PICTURES
Little Feet Photography retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of displays, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion, of its work unless the Client has specifically stated otherwise on their completed booking form.

 

8) RECEIPT OF PORTRAITS, WALL ART OR PRODUCTS
All orders are delivered/picked up by Clients after Little Feet Photography has checked that they have been received in good condition. The Client can notify Little Feet Photography, in writing, of any discrepancy or error within 24 hours of accepting receipt.

 

9) COOLING OFF PERIOD (ORDERED PRODUCTS)
All portraits, books, albums, frames, etc. are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the products. Orders are made to the Client’s personal specification, (i.e. image number, print size, frame style, etc.), the Client does not have the right to a cooling off period. By placing an order with Little Feet Photography you are committing to buy the ordered products.

 

10) RETURNS POLICY
Incorrectly supplied items and/or items deemed of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the Client within 4 weeks of session date or 2 weeks from receiving finished digital images. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items/items ordered in error by the Client. 

 

11) DELETED IMAGES
All non-purchased images are deleted 90 days after the photography session, unless the Client is booked into Little Feet Photography's First Year package. In this case, all non-purchased images will be deleted 30 days after the last attended session.

 

12) PROOFS/VIEWING AND ORDERING 
Little Feet Photography will aim to select 10 – 30 images (depending on booked session) in your gallery for you to view. Proofs will be available for your viewing within 10-14 days of the session. All orders are taken when viewing your portraits and payment is due, in full, at the time of ordering. All wall art orders are final - these cannot be changed/refunded with my supplier, for any reason, once ordered, due to the bespoke nature of these products.

 

13) Cameras, mobile phone cameras and camcorders are not permitted during any session, in studio or on location.
