Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.
I’m Michelle — wife, mum to Cael, Elis, and Aiden, and the owner and photographer at Little Feet Photography. My boys are the reason I understand the true value of capturing life as it happens, and why I’m so passionate about preserving these fleeting moments for other families.
It brings me so much joy to create images that become cherished memories. I feel incredibly fortunate when families return year after year — for milestone birthdays, updated portraits, or to celebrate the arrival of a new baby.
My cosy private studio is located in Coalville, North West Leicestershire, just a few minutes from the A42 and ten minutes from the M1, offering easy access for families across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Warwickshire.
Studio information:
My studio is fully equipped with everything you might need during your visit. There’s a stocked changing unit with all the essentials, and colouring books and pencils to keep older siblings happily entertained. All of my hats, headbands, fluffy blankets, props, and my extensive client wardrobe are on display and ready for you to browse and choose from during your session.
The studio is kept warm and cosy, especially for newborn sessions where little ones may be undressed, wrapped, or photographed without clothing. Babies can’t regulate their temperature yet, so the warmth helps them stay comfortable and settled. With this in mind, I always recommend parents wear light layers so you don’t get too warm.
And please don’t worry about accidents — they happen all the time when babies are naked. It’s completely normal and everything is easily cleaned. There’s no need to feel embarrassed; it’s just part of the newborn experience.

Full use of my client wardrobe — maternity wear, newborn and baby outfits, girls’ dresses, hats, headbands, blankets, fluffy rugs, and a wide range of studio props

Siblings and partners are always welcome and encouraged to be part of your session — it’s a special moment for the whole family

Session information:
Maternity sessions are relaxed and centred entirely around you — after all, you’re growing a whole new life. I recommend white, grey, or black shirts/t‑shirts for partners and sons. I also have a beautiful selection of dresses for little girls that coordinate with any outfit you choose.
Newborn, baby, and family sessions are always baby‑led. If your little one needs extra milk, cuddles, or time to settle — or if older siblings feel shy, overwhelmed, or unsure — please don’t worry. It’s completely normal. As a mum myself, I take all of this into account and work at your family’s pace.
